We are thrilled to announce that William "Bill" Waite will join BMI Capital International as our new Head of Global Banking. With extensive experience in the finance industry, Bill has provided expert advice to private and public companies worldwide, assisting them in accessing capital markets and conducting successful securities offerings.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and an MBA with a concentration in Finance and banking from Vanderbilt University. He has also earned two Master's degrees - one in Economics and one in Finance - from the University of Connecticut, where he focused on the impact of macroeconomic policy and financial regulations on corporate profitability. In addition to his academic credentials, Bill is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators & Analysts (NACVA) and holds FINRA licenses 7, 66, 79, 24, and 99.

As Head of Global Banking, Bill will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to BMI Capital International, helping us continue to provide our clients with outstanding financial services and advice.
